About the
Life by your design Seminar
This 1 day workshop is a life event for all growth oriented individuals.
It is held in English, however discussions in the groups can be in Finnish, if preferred.
The workshop lasts about 8 hours. We reserve the right to prolong the day for 1 hour, if needed.
The day is full of inspiring content and is not the type of seminar where you passively listen. This is an active and engaging workshop, where we work in pairs and groups but also individually. We also move a lot, so we recommend wearing comfortable clothes and shoes.
We will have lots of fun during the day, because the happy brain produces better ideas and we make better decisions.
By becoming a role model for your family, kids and colleagues, you are influencing many people in a positive direction and becoming a conscious, purpose-driven individual, aware of your talents and potential and your future goals too.

Guided by Lubica Kangas
Born with passion for empowering others to grow and enjoying life at fullest, for over 15 years she has been fortunate to work with people very closely. As a Headhunter and Recruitment consultant, she interviewed several thousands candidates, evaluated their potential, motivation and skills. During those years she witnessed that a successful career does not necessarily lead to fulfilling life nor equals being passionate about the actual job. This was why she started launching engagement and life fulfillment workshops.
Apart from her extensive experience in the recruitment field, she is a certified Passion Test Facilitator and Goal Mapping Practitioner. In her free time she is an enthusiastic student and is passionate about neurosciences, NLP, human psychology and self-development.

It is surprising to see what came out and what are my actual priorities. I just realized that I did not really know what things are truly important to me because I have not been focusing on what matters to me, but instead what matters to others. Very interesting to realize what has been holding me back from performing better at my work. Now I know where to focus on and where to do small changes.
I came to this workshop as it was given to me as a gift and I was quite skeptical at first. The exercise we did showed me a practical way of how to do small changes that work for me. Also learning more about myself and realizing why I don’t feel fulfilled at my work was surprising. Very good experience.
I fount out my passions and the biggest take away was how difficult it is to actually find your passions which are hidden somewhere in the back of your brain. I have done this workshop before already 9 months ago and it’s interesting to see that when my life situation has changed, my priority list has changed too. I would definitely recommend repeating this workshop to others too.
Realizing what is missing in my life, was eye-opening. And learning how to achieve it with small actions, was relieving. Funny, that I was coming here as knowing what I want, coming just to support my sister and got to realize how wrong I was. Thank you for this experience.
