Mary’s Meals sets up school feeding projects in some of the world’s poorest communities, where hunger and poverty prevent children from gaining an education.
They provide one daily meal in a place of learning to attract chronically poor children into the classroom, where they receive an education that can, in the future, be their ladder out of poverty. Today they feed over 2 million children in 19 countries across Africa, Asia, Latin America, Eastern Europe, and the Caribbean.
Mary’s Meals guarantees that 93% of the donations are spent directly on their charitable activities.
